I build and run cold email systems for B2B companies. Deliverability, outbound campaigns, and the technical setup that decides whether outreach actually lands or dies in spam. A year running outbound end to end for five to ten clients at a time, owning the full stack: domains, inboxes, copy, targeting, and reporting. Most of my work is the deliverability side that most people skip until it breaks. Domain and inbox setup, warmup, SPF DKIM DMARC, and vendor management, plus the monitoring that keeps sending healthy at volume. I built automations that flag unhealthy inboxes and domains before they take a campaign down, and I run domain health checks through Postmaster. On the build side, I work daily in Clay, Smartlead, EmailBison, Instantly, and GetSales, connected over API and run from Claude Code so the repetitive work happens without manual lift. Public CLIs for these tools are usually stale, so I work from the API docs, verify the endpoints, and operate the whole stack from one place. This covers list building, enrichment, ICP definition, cold email copywriting, and heavy variant testing. I report weekly on sending volume, contacted per lead, reply rate, and booking rate. Contacted per lead is the one I push hardest, because reply rate flatters you and contacted per lead tells you what a lead actually costs. The other half of the job is client communication. Every campaign, strategy, and piece of copy gets approved before launch, and I keep clients in full view of what is working and what is not. If you are running outbound and deliverability is the thing quietly breaking it, that is the problem I am best at.
