I currently lead marketing for Shipsy, one of the fastest growing AI-native startups from India selling to logistics and supply chain teams, backed by Peak XV. Going through an intense learning curve of implementing AI-first way of working in marketing to drive outcomes. Prior to this, as the Global Head of Marketing for RateGain, India's first publicly listed SaaS company I was responsible for growth contributing to 40 percent of new sales at RateGain annually. As part of the Global Leadership Team, I was part of the core team that took the company public and set up the product marketing, investor relations, communications department.I was responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and have helped in increasing marketing contribution by 70% YoY and growing inbound revenue by 50% YoY, and 8X growth of marketing sourced revenue since 2021.I also was responsible for owning the AI and automation strategy for GTM teams to drive better outcomes at each step of the funnel Before RateGain, I was part of the corporate marketing team at HCL where I was part of multiple award winning initiatives to scale the impact of content and digital marketing across a multi billion dollar organization and was responsible for automating processes across 40 teams and 300 team members.
