About

I like building systems that make other people's jobs easier. That's been true since before I had a real title for it. I started as a technical hire at a VC firm right as I began university, and taught myself Salesforce well enough to build and run their entire CRM on my own. That same instinct is what's kept me at Sense Education, an AI/ML SaaS company, where I'm now an AI GTM Engineer working across the full sales cycle: pre-sales, post-sales, and the infrastructure underneath both. I started as a Solutions Engineer, handling technical deployments for our clients. We didn't have real GTM infrastructure. So I built it: taught myself HubSpot, set up the CRM, automated the workflows the sales team runs on now. Along the way I ended up owning the technical side of our pre-sales process, our customer relationships, and the AI/LLM systems underneath the product, which is basically my favorite part of the job. I like being the person who understands the system, the model, and the customer all at once. I have a BSc in Computer Science, and I still spend most of my free time the same way I did back then: poking at something until I understand how it works.
