A year ago I joined a trade intelligence startup and took full ownership of the GTM engine. I built one from scratch. Nothing was handed to me. I researched it, architected it, broke it, fixed it, and shipped it while simultaneously running outbound, managing SDRs, and owning the full GTM motion.
