I founded Effi Flo (/efficient /workflow) to help Staffing and Recruitment Teams leverage cutting edge Tech to modernize their Recruitment Operations. With over a decade of experience building high growth tech startups, scaling my own recruitment agency to seven figures and being a hands-on operator with AI & Automation - we bring deep strategic, operational and tech implementation knowledge in our craft.We build bespoke AI Automation growth systems and offer managed Talent Solutions for Staffing / Recruitment Teams. Humbled to have helped 110+ teams globally modernise their Talent Acquisition & BD systems using AI + Automation. Previously, led Global Operations at Ritual (Series C Canadian Food Tech) to expand in 50+ International markets. Scaled Ola ( ride-hailing unicorn) from its early days to 250k+ daily rides - managing the P&L, growth, market expansion & customer experience; translating to $400+ million annual GMV and profitable region with 60% market share.After a decade scaling Tech Startups (which was fun!), I started Canada Mentors - a Tech enabled Recruitment Agency building technical teams for high growth companies in the US & Canada. That experience is now the foundation of Effi Flo, where I help Recruiting and Staffing teams build lean, AI-powered growth systems to scale talent acquisition and recruitment operations.One of Clay's first 100 Solutions Partners.
