I close GTM leaks for a living. Not by buying more tools, but by finding exactly where pipeline dies and building the system that fixes it. How I work: → Diagnose first. Audit the full stack (CRM, email infra, enrichment, LinkedIn) and trace the pipeline end to end to find where leads actually drop off, before touching a single campaign. → Build a real ICP, not a guess. Pull patterns from closed-won and closed-lost data, then layer in signal tracking (job changes, funding rounds, intent data) so outreach lands when someone's actually in market. → Build infrastructure that doesn't break at scale. Deliverability, CRM pipeline stages, lead scoring and routing, all wired together so leads move from contact to meeting without anyone babysitting a spreadsheet. → Automate every handoff that creates friction. If a human has to manually move a lead, tag a source, or chase a follow-up, that's a workflow waiting to be built. I design automations that remove the manual steps so the system runs without someone watching it every day. → Run it like an operation, not a one time setup. Weekly reporting, A/B testing on copy and offers, reply handling on SLA, calendar ops that catch no-shows. The result: pipeline that's predictable week over week, not a lucky quarter.
