Most PS leaders manage spreadsheets. I build the systems that replace them. I'm a Director of Professional Services at Tealium who picked up coding to solve my own operational problems — and never stopped. Over the past year I've built a full Professional Services Operating System, a Customer Success Operating System powered by Salesforce APIs, and automated reporting tools, all using AI-assisted development and vibe coding with tools like Claude Code. The result? Less time in spreadsheets, more time on strategy. Faster project delivery, better visibility, and a team that operates on systems I built specifically for how we work. Before that, I spent 8+ years at Tealium progressing from project management, and delivery leadership to running PS across EMEA. That technical foundation — knowing how CDPs, tag management, and MarTech integrations actually work at the code level — is what makes me a better builder and a better leader. What I'm focused on now: Designing and building internal tools that give PS teams an operational edge Using AI-assisted development to ship production apps as a non-traditional developer Proving that the best operators aren't just managers — they're builders Always happy to connect with other builder-leaders, PS/CS operators, or anyone curious about vibe coding their way to better operations.
