I build end-to-end. I take a problem from diagnosis to a shipped, measurable system: I design the strategy, then build it myself.Most people in AI either advise or engineer. I do both. I am a GTM engineer shipping applied AI for startups: AEO/GEO content engines, AI automation, and growth systems. Strategy from a BCG/ADL background, execution from building it myself.What I have shipped recently:- Took a travel publisher to +39% AI share-of-voice and +34% mention rate in their first month live, with 555+ articles automated to production.- Designed ad creatives and built an automated creative pipeline (competitor scanning, trend analysis, variant and image generation) for a US client's paid campaigns.- Built an LLM brand kit and content system for a dermocosmetics brand that reached #2 in its category by AI share-of-voice.- At BCG, built a board-level sales reporting system for one of Poland's largest banks (still in use) and designed 8 sales initiatives still running today. Earned a return offer.My edge is owning the full arc: diagnosing the problem, designing the system, leading the build, and shipping fast. I combine strategy and execution, turning messy business needs into practical AI workflows and automation systems that actually get used. I am most interested in the applied end of AI, the part where AI solutions actually replace hours of work. Always glad to trade notes with founders and operators building in this space.
