I build the operational infrastructure that makes revenue teams run. Over the past several years I've lived on both sides of the handoff problem that kills growth at scaling SaaS companies. At JumpCloud I came in as the first deal desk hire and built the global deal desk function, owning quote to cash automation, CPQ, approval workflows, and the backend systems that connected sales to every downstream team. At Userpilot, I moved post-sale and led implementation projects across EMEA, working directly with customers to get product data feeding into their CRMs, informing their go-to-market motions, and building in-app engagement strategies that drove adoption and retention. Every company I've worked with has the same blind spot: the systems that win customers and the systems that keep them were built by different people who rarely talked to each other. What I'm focused on now is connecting that entire journey -- from first sales conversation through implementation, adoption, and renewal -- into something that actually runs together. Dual Irish-American citizen. Based in Dublin, Ohio.
