About

Most GTM teams between $10M and $30M ARR are not under-resourced. They're under-engineered. The outbound is manual. The RevOps is built backwards. The pipeline data tells you what happened, not what to do next. I fix the architecture. If the system isn't working, the answer is rarely more tools or more volume. It's usually a thinking problem dressed up as an execution problem. I work directly with founders and GTM leaders across multiple B2B companies in the $10M-$30M ARR range. My job starts before the systems: defining what a qualified lead actually looks like for this business, mapping where the motion breaks down, and deciding what gets built versus what gets cut. The execution follows the thinking. Once the strategy is clear, I design and build the AI-native GTM infrastructure: outbound systems, enrichment workflows, pipeline logic, and RevOps automation. The goal is always the same: a motion that compounds instead of one that demands constant input. Some of what I've built recently: - A multi-client campaign monitor that aggregates reply rates, bounce drift, and sending capacity across every workspace, AI-analyzed and pushed to Slack every Monday morning- A live inbox and domain health monitor that flags warmup score drops before they hit deliverability, with automatic mailbox swap logic when scores fall below threshold- A call scoring system that grades every sales call and auto-delivers a coaching report to Slack, no manual review, no lag- Signal-triggered sequences that identify and reach website visitors within hours, before intent cools- RevOps pipelines built around a clear definition of "qualified" most teams build the dashboard first and wonder why the data doesn't help Outside client work, I'm building two products: Syncshare (syncshare.app), a multi-platform content management tool built for teams that treat LinkedIn as a growth channel, and CPI, a studio where I build GTM tools and automation systems. Both are live environments where I run the same systems I build for clients. My stack: Claude code, Clay, n8n, Instantly, Lemlist, Bison, Apollo. I'm a Clay Creator and hold an MBA in AI and Automation.
