Most AI looks impressive in a demo. I care about the version that still works on a Tuesday, in production, when nobody's watching.I'm a builder — I take messy, manual operations and turn them into software that runs itself: governed, auditable, and cheap enough that the cost is a rounding error.At eSteps Health, a US digital-health startup, I lead engineering and go-to-market across two products building AI for human movement — the eSteps care platform and Mitus AI. On a given day I design the backend, build the AI automation, and engineer the pipeline that turns strangers into customers.A few things I believe:→ The boring parts are the moat — tests, audit trails, cost ledgers, GDPR. That's what puts AI in front of a hospital.→ The best AI knows when to stop and ask a human. I build the handoff, not just the model.→ Go-to-market is an engineering problem, not a headcount problem.The proof's in my Experience below. The number I'm proudest of isn't: 19% of the time, our AI stopped itself and asked a human.
