ex-MakersAbout
I’m a GTM Engineer and RevOps specialist who thrives when solving messy operational and commercial problems with data, automation, and good system design. Whether untangling years of CRM chaos, designing scalable data models, building AI-powered workflows, or creating reporting people actually trust, I’m happiest in the overlap between commercial strategy and technical implementation. I like being the person who can sit in the morning Sales catch-up, spend the afternoon working with SQL and workflows, join the Product retro, and have everyone speaking the same language by the end of the day. I’m naturally sceptical of “that’s how we’ve always done it”, and do my best work when dealing with uncertainty and seemingly impossible problems. If a process is slow, repetitive, or depends on three people remembering seventeen manual steps every Tuesday, I’m probably already chomping at the bit to make it disappear. Some recent highlights:- Architected scalable GTM systems across CRMs, lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting and AI- Managed hundreds of automation workflows handling hundreds of thousands of monthly executions- Turned old, messy data into a trusted “One True Source” for commercial teams- Rebuilt HubSpot around scalable architecture, future-proof governance and lifecycle design- Eliminated manual work so people could spend more time actually doing their jobs- Earned the unofficial title of Spreadsheet Consultant I love data and systems so much, they spread to my personal life, too: I enjoy reverse-engineering and designing game systems, setting up spreadsheets to organise group social activities, and spending time building absurdly over-engineered factories in Satisfactory. I just can't stop optimising systems. I’m particularly interested in organisations using technology to tackle real problems—climate, clean energy, education, accessibility, animal welfare, sustainability, healthcare, or anything else trying to leave the world slightly less on fire than it found it. Let's connect if you're someone to wrangle chaos, grease wheels, or develop some reeeaaally nice spreadsheet formulas.
