Years working inside GTM teams at some of the most recognised companies across different industries gave me something most people in this space don't have. A ground level view of how the best really operate. That experience gave me something most people building GTM systems don't have. I've sat on the other side of every workflow, every tool, every process I now get to redesign. I know where teams lose time, where AI can genuinely help, and where the real friction lives. So I stopped just noticing and started building. I'm now a GTM Engineer at SmartRecruiters, where AI isn't just a feature, it's the foundation. Focused on systems, workflow transformation, and helping revenue teams cut the friction that slows them down and replace it with processes that actually scale. Most of the work is still ahead of me.
