Hey! 👋 Stoked you're here. Real talk: most products don't break because of bad code. They break way earlier, in the decisions made before anyone writes a single line. That's my zone. I run partnerships and GTM, backed by AI-first engineering teams across the US, LATAM, Europe, and Southeast Asia. I bring founders the right people for the build, then keep the whole thing locked on what actually moves the needle: Product-market fit and Revenue. Not a pile of features nobody asked for. My sweet spot is the messy middle, MVP to PMF, for teams building in AI, blockchain, healthcare and Finance. Here's what that looks like: → I help founders trim bloated roadmaps down to the handful of features that actually earn their spot, so the budget goes where customers actually pay. → I've saved clients serious money by killing scope before the build starts and consolidating messy systems, with my engineering teams handling execution. → My teams have shipped real healthcare products: a computer-vision mobile app that reads at-home hormone tests, plus claims and EHR integration work for a funded healthcare AI platform. → Right now I'm the GTM Engineer bridging product and revenue for a company in the crypto infrastructure space, and I helped land and launch a crypto wallet that's currently raising its rounds. → And I've worked alongside a Y Combinator-backed startup on growth and direction. FinTech, HealthTech, edtech, SaaS, early-stage or scaling up, regulated or not (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA all come with the territory). I've been in the room for most of it.
