Working with AI alignment and reinforcement learning, sourcing life-context data and capturing real-world workflow environments, preparing and transforming data into tasks, datasets, and layers that frontier AI systems can learn from, including evaluations and benchmarks. As an FDE, I work directly with the customer to implement custom requirements using off-the-shelf frameworks like Harbor, or by building and adapting solutions that fit future AI systems for frontier and neo labs.--5+ years of software engineering experience, strong system design instincts, customer-facing experience, ability to communicate fluently across entire customer orgs, understand customer challenges, map the systems and tools involved, and figure out and build where the agent gets its information and how data flows. Talk with CTOs and CEOs; step into the shoes of subject-matter experts to understand their world; particular focus on empathy. Help customers adopt the product and increase ACV. Detect what’s missing to feed the roadmap.--At Principle, working on designing reliable multi-tenant agentic architectures.--At Athena, helped growth teams at Fortune 500 companies understand how they show up across answer engines and turn those insights into product changes, campaigns, revenue, and durable moats. Some of that work is shipping features in React/TypeScript/Tailwind/Python/AI/ML; some of it is running pilots and A/B tests with CMOs, agencies, and data partners; most of it is listening carefully and turning messy questions into clear hypotheses, products, and playbooks. Along the way, I’ve helped ship 34% of all product deployments and 15+ core features, while acting as Head of Sales/GTM for our first enterprise and agency customers (130% NRR) and later managing a portfolio of multi‑billion‑dollar accounts (160% NRR).--Before Athena, I was a technical founder with a product design degree and a first‑place finish at USP (Universidade de São Paulo). I built a product to $1M ARR with 30% EBITDA, filed a patent, and was fortunate to be selected by Singularity University for my work at the intersection of technology and impact. Along the way, I was also recognized by brands like Red Bull, Absolut, Adidas, GQ, and Style.com for product innovation, created a large wearables hackathon in Brazil, and spoke on stages such as TEDx, SXSW, and Japan House. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me surfing, swimming relays, or supporting NGOs that work to preserve the Amazon rainforest.
