I’m a strategy and growth leader with 15+ years of experience across fintech, SaaS, and marketplace businesses spanning startup, scale-up, and enterprise environments. Currently, I run an independent consulting practice, advising early- and growth-stage companies on product strategy, go-to-market execution, and full-funnel marketing. My work focuses on helping teams align around what to build, how to bring it to market, and how to grow sustainably. Previously, I led growth and marketing at North, helping to shape its product and demand engine during a critical growth phase. Before that, I was part of the leadership team at Clover, where I helped expand one of the largest cloud-based POS platforms through multi-channel GTM, customer acquisition, and platform expansion strategies. My background spans demand generation, product marketing, strategic partnerships, customer lifecycle optimization, and data-driven experimentation to build growth loops, including the practical use of generative AI in content, funnel ops, and customer engagement. Outside of work, I’m a hands-on dad, still code daily, and enjoy writing, teaching, and long drives to the middle of nowhere.
