Hi, I'm Shaan. My phone is orange, my cursor blinks orange, I like orange books. I'm otherwise very normal.I've been building things before I had a real job. Scaled an eCommerce company to $40K in six months at 19, hired and trained the whole team, bootstrapped. Somewhere along the way, I realized I liked building the systems more than running them.Did the SDR thingy for a couple of years. Was good at it. Didn't love it. Started building outbound systems in public instead, and voila, 45 days later, I'm the Founding GTM Engineer at Centauri Marketing.Turns out, sending emails is easy. Knowing why they land is the actual job.Today, I build the systems behind cold email that actually works. Deliverability, targeting, copy, and enrichment, the whole suite. And currently knee-deep in the Claude Code rabbit hole.When I'm not debugging inbox placement rates, I'm reading Japanese literature at a pace that concerns my friends (a ton of Murakami), brewing Aeropress coffee nobody asked for, or talking too loudly about something equally unasked for.If your cold emails aren't working, I might know a guy. He talks a lot. But he's decent at this.
