I build customer data platforms and MarTech systems that power go-to-market at scale — connecting marketing, sales, and revenue data into real-time activation. Currently at Palo Alto Networks, leading the architecture of an agentic Customer Data Platform on GCP — BigQuery, AlloyDB, Spanner Graph, Pub/Sub — with real-time identity resolution and event pipelines processing 10K+ events/sec. Previously at DocuSign, I architected MarTech 2.0: migrating a monolithic Eloqua-based stack to event-driven microservices on AWS. Results: lead processing cut from 8 hours to 5 minutes, 0% data loss with 365-day replay, 70% infrastructure cost reduction. Owned end-to-end system design across four teams while staying hands-on in the code. Earlier: growth flows, attribution, and audience platforms at Atlassian (GTM Engineering); CPQ and commerce systems at VMware integrated with Salesforce. 13 years of rare end-to-end depth across the marketing and sales technology stack — Salesforce, Eloqua, SFMC, Marketo, Iterable — combined with distributed-systems engineering on GCP and AWS.
