I’m a founding member of Corgi’s Austin office (YC S24 direct insurance carrier for startups), building the GTM engine here from the ground up. I own the GTM engineering seat: ICP analysis, vertical discovery, and the outbound strategy that comes out of it. Who we call, what we say, and how we run the motion. Then I build the automation behind it, from Gmail, HubSpot, Apollo, and Claude API integrations to a lightweight internal CRM and the data-hygiene tooling the team runs on.I came up as a founding BDR, so the strategy isn’t theoretical. I still cold call in the field to stay close to the motion and spot bottlenecks firsthand, then build tools that fix them. I know what a real dial sounds like because I’m still on the phones.I also write about staying in shape on a startup schedule. 12-hour days, 45-minute workouts, 4x a week.
