I sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology — working directly out of the Founder's to build the systems that drive revenue, visibility, and scale. My work spans four layers: Management Information Systems Designing the data architecture and reporting infrastructure that gives leadership accurate, real-time visibility into pipeline, revenue, and team performance. Turning fragmented data into decisions. Process Engineering Identifying where revenue operations break down — between Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success — and rebuilding those handoffs as structured, automated, accountable workflows. GTM Engineering Building the technical infrastructure on top of CRM platforms — custom interfaces, automation pipelines, serverless tools — that makes the process actually work at ground level for the teams executing it. Marketing Operations Connecting campaign performance to pipeline reality. Building the attribution logic, lead flow systems, and funnel visibility that tells you not just what marketing is doing — but what it's actually driving. The through-line: sustainable revenue growth requires all four working together. Clean data, clean process, clean tooling, and marketing that's accountable to revenue — not just impressions. I build all four. Current stack: HubSpot, Python, SQL, n8n, REST APIs, Vibe Coding and a systems-thinking approach to every problem.
