At Flint K12, I build partnerships with schools across the country—connecting with principals, IT directors, and curriculum leaders to design personalized AI solutions that save teachers time, support students’ learning, and align with each school’s policy, security, and instructional priorities. Whether it’s helping a district pilot AI tools for writing feedback, guiding an independent school toward responsible AI policies, or working with tech directors to integrate Flint within existing LMS/SIS systems, my focus is always the same: meet schools where they are, listen first, and create value that lasts beyond the demo. I believe the future of education isn’t about replacing teachers—it’s about empowering them with the right tools to personalize learning for every student.
