Salesforce was where I learned to prospect. Zendesk was where I learned to scale - I was there through the IPO. Duo Security was where I learned what a category looks like when it’s on fire - I was there through the 35B Cisco acquisition. In 2022 I burned out and stepped away. I started working directly with founders on brand and pipeline. Stopped doing playbooks and started doing the actual work. One founder hit four million impressions. Others started closing deals they hadn’t been able to crack. That work taught me more than any of the big-company years. Before I came back to it full-time, I made two more stops. At Vapi I learned how voice agents actually work in production. At Temporal I learned durable execution - how to write software that survives failures without collapsing. I’m building both into the foundation of what I’m working on now. That thing is a GTM system for Agent Operators. Founder brand is the first use case. Founder pipeline generation comes next.
