I turn fuzzy ideas into products people actually use. Today, I’m building Ollymix (cocktail bombs) and I care about simple first-use moments, clean ops, and scoreboards that tell the truth. The founder bug didn’t start at Ollymix, it’s been trained across Exploreit (hands-on execution), Kotler (product and BD), ICICI Ascend (process and controls), and now Mesa’26 (fast feedback and pilots). What that looks like in practice: - Smallest lovable SKU, shipped fast; watch real usage before big bets. - Ops that don’t wobble: vendor SLAs, QC checklists, “one source of truth.” - GTM built on tests: tastings, creator kits, and retail trials with clear success metrics. I like working with people who value outcomes over optics—operators, creators, and retail partners who want to get something live and learn quickly. Outside the day job, I’m usually swapping playbooks with D2C folks or helping peers ship their first build.
