Over the past year I've built GTM systems inside 10+ different companies across SaaS, healthcare, and HR.The pattern recognition compounds: I've seen which plays work at $2M ARR versus Series B, where enrichment breaks, and why most outbound underperforms (it's almost always the data, not the copy). Everything I know I built from scratch through direct market contact and rapid experimentation. I don't wait to be asked — I show up with the idea, the plan, and the output. When an AI image generation workflow broke due to a Clay bug, I learned Google Cloud Platform from zero and shipped a full workaround in less then 2 work days.
