At LeadIQ, I’m VP of GTM Engineering. I lead several GTM functions—Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Professional Services (through their director), and Support—and I manage our internal security review process and the tooling that supports it. My team also includes an embedded product‑analytics partner to automate reporting, bring product data into daily workflows, and build living internal tools, while the broader analytics org sits elsewhere. Day to day, my work ranges from tightening processes, handoffs, and systems to face‑to‑face customer engagements. I love meeting customers, learning where they’re trying to improve and where they struggle, and helping in the flexible ways LeadIQ can support today.
