Data & Recruiting Ops Engineer | Building AI-Powered Workflows & Data Pipelines for GTM & Recruiting | MSc Engineering Management
About
I sit at the intersection of AI engineering and operations, and that's where the most business leverage lives. As a Data & Recruiting Ops Engineer at Effiflo, I design AI-powered systems that handle the heavy lifting: extracting and structuring candidate, job, and company data using LLMs, building end-to-end GTM automation workflows, and turning fragmented data into actionable intelligence. My background is deliberately cross-functional. I hold an MSc in Engineering Management from Coventry University, led operations for 7,500 athletes across 72 countries at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, and built AI systems in data science before moving into automation engineering. That range means I can think architecturally, build technically, and communicate the business case, all in the same conversation. I'm driven by one question: how do we make complex, manual operations intelligent and scalable?
