With a physics degree from IIT Hyderabad and a passion for startups, I have explored various roles within the go-to-market (GTM) landscape of SaaS companies. I have excelled at business development, customer success, sales development, and market research and data operations, applying my skills in sales pipeline management, structured thinking, and attention to detail. In my most recent role as a Senior Growth & Operations Specialist, I led the email channel for growth efforts and lead acquisition. At CloudEagle, I was responsible for maintaining data hygiene, developed and implemented strategies to enhance outbound sales operations, resulting in improved account identification and personalized campaigns. My role at InterviewVector involved optimizing sales processes and leveraging data analytics to increase conversion rates and operational efficiency. As a Market Research and Data Ops Lead at Outplay, I led a team of researchers who planned and executed key strategies to fill the top of the funnel with high-quality accounts and ensure their smooth movement down the funnel. I also managed data hygiene, dashboards, and reporting to measure and track KPIs, leveraging tools such as Outplay, Slintel, Salesforce, and Hubspot. Previously, I worked on setting up a scalable outbound process and implementing a sales engagement platform for the SDR team at InterviewVector, and created an execution plan for the outbound team at CloudEagle, using tools such as HubSpot, Outplay, Apollo, and Factors.ai. I thrive on enhancing operational efficiency and tackling challenges across the entire GTM spectrum, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help me achieve my goals. I aspire to join a dynamic and innovative SaaS company where I can leverage my physics background and startup experience to contribute to its growth and success.
