I have led revenue organisations through every phase: founding builds from one, cross-border expansion, and full commercial transformation. Most recently as SVP Global Sales, converting a services-led business into a product-led recurring revenue model across critical infrastructure, healthcare, telco and public sector. What I actually do: architect the systems underneath the number. Pipeline governance, deal qualification frameworks, pricing structures, forecasting discipline, partner and channel ecosystems. The kind of infrastructure that makes revenue predictable rather than heroic.
